Evaporative cooling on the body

Skin temperature is fundamental to heat exchange between the human body and the environment. The convection and evaporation heat exchanges depend on the temperature, humidity and air flow over the skin surface. Test shows that significant skin cooling was achieved at wind speeds of 0,6m/s or 2km/hr. In our development tests the Factory Fan proved to exceed this and deliver a skin chilling effect constantly.

With an average temperature in Ho Chi Minh being well above 30°C and the 'feels like' temperature above 40°C especially from March until May having a good fan is a must.

Heat reflective paint

1. Heat reflective paint reduces the temperature caused by solar heat. The paint is designed to reflect the sunlight. This effectively reduces the temperature of your factory.


Roof insulation


Bubble foil or fiber insulation ensures that the heat doesn't get in and infra-red heat from the roof is kept out or the building. 

Roof ridge fans

Roof ventilators are turned by the wind and are a good solution to extract hot air from the building.  Roof ventilators are available in many qualities and sizes. 


Ridge vents


Ridge vents are designed to exhaust hot air that is already inside the building. Simply allowing hot air to rise up through them rather than pushing it out as a fan does. 

HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) fan

One of the most cost-efficient possibilities to reduce the factory floor temperature is the use of a ceiling fan. A big ceiling fan provides a continuous air flow. This stimulates evaporative cooling on the skin and the feel like temperatures decreases.
